MEET THE FOUNDER
Cassandra Hixson
I'm Cassandra Hixson, a wife, mother, and longtime Oakland County resident. For more than 20 years, I've also been a dedicated caregiver to my brother. He's been a quadriplegic since the age of 17. That experience has shaped my understanding of what exceptional care truly means: compassion, unwavering dependability, and the dignity every individual deserves.
I founded Oakland County Home Care because I believe families deserve something different from the traditional corporate home care experience.
When you choose Oakland County Home Care, you work directly with me the owner, from our first conversation through every stage of care. I personally meet with families, carefully select and match caregivers, and remain involved throughout the care experience. My goal is to provide the same level of attention, compassion, and respect I would expect for my own family, while helping clients remain independent in the place they call home.
